I can make the Laser run using a DMX lighting console. But I cannot get it to work with Maestro. I'm wondering if there is a interlock or shutter that is not turning on

Maestro can drive lasers though there are some limitations.
Recommend checking out office hours, our team could walk you through debugging, it's probably some small thing
