Can't open a support request

Whenever I try to open up a new problem ticket at https://maestrodmx.freshdesk.com/support/tickets, I get the following error:

We are sorry. You have been restricted from accessing this helpdesk page.

I have signed up and logged in (as you can tell from being able to post here).  Is there something else I need to do?

I have a hardware issue that I need to resolve.

Freshdesk has fixed the issue, ticket away!

I've confirmed that the Ticketing system is broken. I've reached out to Freshdesk for support and a fix. For now use the Forum to report issues.
