Hi i have added 2 x Beamz Wash and 1 Ayra ERO 4 Head Bar, and i feel like the heads are not moving as much as expected. It feels like the PAN/TILT options are being used, they havesome movement, but its minimal.
How can i sort this

Hi Tim!
Have you contacted support, better yet attended office hours? We should walk through your setup with you to make sure everything looks ok.
If everything is configured correctly, there are two things you can do to increase motion: in the fixture profile or controls page, increase the width of motion along pan and tilt.
There is also a "mover speed / mover range" at the cue level, you can increase the mover speed there also.
Again though, I think popping into office hours just to rule out something silly like the speed attribute on the fixture being pulled all the way down.
