Hi maestroDMX Team,

I'm experiencing an issue where edits made in the Custom Fixture Creator / Snapshot settings do not persist across device reboots.

Environment:

  • App Version: 1.5.1

  • Build Number: 4

  • Fixtures: Clay Paky Stage Light 300 (and moving heads setup)

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Open Custom Fixture Creator / Stage Setup.

  2. Adjust channel values/overrides (e.g., Pan, Tilt, Colour Disc, or Gobo settings).

  3. Take/Save a Snapshot for the moving heads.

  4. Shut down or restart the maestroDMX unit.

Observed Result:When the device powers back up, all recent changes to the fixture profile and snapshots revert to their previous state and are lost.

Expected Result:All modified values, overrides, and snapshots should be saved directly to persistent memory/database.

Hi Markus,

Sorry this is happening.  We have a new software version coming out in a couple weeks and we've fixed a bunch of bugs related to snapshots.  I think best path for now will be to try with the update.

If you're still having issues at that point please contact support so we can try to deduce why this is happening.
