Separate Audio Channel for Kick Drum

I suspect Maestro's performance could be enhanced in situations where it is fed crappy, undefined sub-200 mixes (welcome to live bands) by giving it the kick on a separate channel. It would also make it less necessary to set the kick sensitivity in the audio prefs.

Four ways I see this possible:
1. Recognize and support multi-channel USB audio sources and choose two for stereo in and one for kick. This could work out of the box with X32 / M32, which is very very common in bars.
2. Send kick/no-kick mixes on Left/Right
3. Recognize full mix on TRS connector but kick drum on USB interface
4. #3, Vice-Versa
