It would be super cool to have some new light shows. One that’s top of mind is a audio spectrum visualizer, spread across a 2d pixel mapped set of lights
I have 7 light tubes, each with 16 rgb pixels. If they could pump in correspondence to the volume of 7 different frequency bands of audio, that would be amazing.

Very cool, thanks for the tip! I was just watching the little audio display that happens on iPhones with the Dynamic Island and marveling at how responsive and cool it looks. Excited for future development - thanks for the response!

For now, the "spectrum" pattern will pump a different frequency into each pixel. It doesn't map it to a ramp, but the brightness and position in the palette is determined by the energy in a specific frequency band. Give it a shot.
Thanks for the suggestion :)
