If you create a "look" in live mode that you are happy with, your only option is to save it as a new cue. It would be fabulous as well to have the option to select an existing cue to overwrite with the live settings. Yes, you could select an existing cue and edit it from there, but many times you creating in live mode when the motivation to save/overwrite hits you.
