I think you have a very good opportunity to bridge the gap between autonomous lighting with control from a light tech. Because the dynamic nature of live bands, it would be killer to be able to be able to select the patterns "Dance, Energetic, Still...etc" on the fly for a selected fixture group or all.
In the same concept, being able to controls up to 4 effect per cue would also be pretty amazing. I figured folks would use the OSC or midi controllers to do that.
I'm pretty sure you will crush the market if you can offer the hand off mode as well as hand on mode for important changes on the fly.

Yes please come to office hours!
You have strobe, blinder, blackout, fog, and one additional effect already, as well as the ability to trigger cues (you can set each cue to infinite length if you want).
Check out the midi spec, you can do all kinds of things:

Yes, would like to know how to set that up. I'll get on one of the meetings to figure that out. In a perfect world, I would see a row of effects buttons in the interface (or though midi / osc) that would allow for effects (transitions..etc) to be setup as well as a row of patterns to change based on the mood of the song. This would give our light guy something to do and hopefully enhance the show even more.

Hi Jason!
Selecting the active pattern is already possible over MIDI or OSC. Let me know if you need to help setting this up :)
Additional Effect triggers is on our radar already, it's been requested a few times.
Thanks for your feedback, it's appreciated and important to us :)
