I know this is on the roadmap, wanted to make sure it was near the top. Running pixel-mapped fixtures in pixel-mapped modes (high dmx channel count) = running out of DMX addresses FAST :)

Sorry for the misunderstanding. No the second universe will not be a clone of the internal DMX, it will be a separate configurable universe. Hope this is clear now.

Yes! it's happening... we're working on this right now. As we said.. this fall. My guess at this point is September for the release but let's say October to be very safe.
Again, to clarify. You have one universe via DMX. We are currently working on our artnet implementation and this will open up a second universe via artnet. This will be in the next software release v1.5, slated for release this fall.

I was hoping for two universes this year based on the reply in this post: several univierses : MaestroDMX

Thanks for response, My real question is: Do I have to wait until next year for having more then 1 universe?
I read your comment like "the universe that you already have can be sent through artnet this fall, If you need another one you have to buy it next year".
Is that correct?

One free artnet universe. You already have the dmx universe :)

We're working on artnet right now! 1 universe free this fall, and the option to purchase additional universes next year :)
