On my old controller I used the equivalent of 6 fixture groups. I am making it work with the 3 that are currently offered, but it would be nice to have my 6 groups back. I also planned to add lights and use a few more groups in the near future, so maybe allowing up to 10 would be nice.

We've tried to be clear about this for a while: 1.5 is artnet, the next update will have more fixture groups! So, it's on deck. As for timeline, Q2 is my current estimation for the next update.

I was looking forward for the 1.5 update very much because I thought there would be additional groups added, but still no extra groups. This is holding our lightshow back a little bit. Is there any estimation of time when several additional groups will be added?

Version 1.3.1 now has a 3rd fixture group.

I'm not going to tag this as "implemented" yet, because we want to expand this to have 10 groups in the future. Stay tuned and please upvote if you'd like to see more than 4 groups :)!

Yes, this is needed. The Maestro needs to have a minimum of 6 fixture groups.
