Warm White / Cool White

Warm White / Cool White are possible to choose when one makes a fixture profile, but it does not really work. I have a pair og Cameo STUDIO MINI PAR Q 4W W and I've set them to 2 ch using the profile from the database, but it does not work. I have had to set the two channels to Dimmer to make them react to - well - anything. And to make them warm I had to set the cool ch to static:0.
Please fix this
