Color wheel delay option (Atleast hot lamp fixtures)

Problem:
The fixtures with color wheel may spin for a long time before settling on the selected color. This can result in an unwanted “color hunting” effect during shows.

Proposed Solution:
Add an option to define a delay (in seconds) for color changes.

• Default = 0 seconds => behavior remains as it is now.

• User can set a value (e.g. 1–3s), so the color change is only locked after the delay, preventing unnecessary color wheel movement mid-show.

Benefit:

• Smoother color changes, especially with "hot lamp" fixtures.

• Gives users control — those who don’t have the issue can leave the default value.
