It would be great if a transition time could be set for snapshots and positions. This option isn't available in the current version, making the transitions very abrupt. It would also be very useful when switching cues. For example, I currently have Cue 1 with a static snapshot where my moving heads are off and all pointing at the ceiling. When I switch to Cue 2—where the heads are active—the transition is very abrupt, and the cue's own transition time doesn't seem to apply here. Apart from that, I’m really enthusiastic about the Maestro. It’s a fantastic device!

1.6 should be out soon and we've added mover smoothing, including between fx palettes.
We haven't yet solved smoothing other values between snapshots, but this could be enough for your use case.
Keep an eye out, the next release will be quite soon
