Since the ticketing system is down, I'm posting this here. I just got my MaestroDMX device. Both the shipping box and enclosure do not look damaged in any way, When I pick up or move the MaestroDMX device, something is loose and rolling around inside of the enclosure. I did not plug it in or turn it on since I'm afraid it might short circuit something, I'm comfortable with opening up the device to get the loose piece out, but I don't want to void the warranty. I was hoping to use this device for a show next week and I'm not sure what to do. Looking for someone from MaestroDMX to provide input on what to do.
