If you create a ticket (which you have), our support team will contact you to arrange returning your unit to us and issuing a refund.

Just need to know how to return the product for a refund. It’s a cool device and there’s nothing wrong with it, it just doesn’t work for our specific needs.

Hi!
How have you been trying to reach us? I see one message in our support ticketing system, and also a message that you called our office, all have happened within the past 40 minutes and we have no record of attempts to contact us before this.
