hey all, I'm trying to map an Akai LPD8 to Maestro, but have no idea where to start. Has anyone successfully done this? I'd like to not have to go to a web page to change settings when I switch from fast to slow songs, as well as trigger strobe, spark, and fog.
any help is appreciated, thank you!

Is this the original LPD8 or the MK 2?
The original's software is no longer compatible with MacOS so I found a site that lets you program the controller through your web browser.
Check out lpd8.bngf.space
Once I did that I just used the MIDI table to set the notes to the corresponding pads and that was it!

Start with downloading the AKAI LPD8 Software to your computer... be sure that you you choose the right one (Mk2 or the old version).
Plugin the MIDI Controller to your computer
Then download the MIDI Table her from the website and fill the midi notes to your midi controller via software and send it to your midi controller... unplug it from computer and plug it into the maestro dmx... it works directly,
