Hi there, I understand your system is limited when it comes to controlling the range of how far the laser extends. For example, it would be ideal to be able to set the range with limitations, so it doesn't go into people's eyes. Like setting the range on a moving head, it would be great to have a range on the laser as well. No one wants to hurt somebody or get sued.
Thanks for listening :)

you'll have to play around with it! it will depend on the laser itself also, and of course the way you're pointing it to begin with! Let me know how it goes :)

Interesting. Something from your tech support team told me I was very limited on that and that it would still potentially reach the crowd causing eye damage. I will play with it some more :)

If you use the pan and tilt attributes to control your x and y, you can set limits for your lasers the very same way :)
