MaestroDMX Warranty Policy — Standard & Extended Coverage

1. Overview
MaestroDMX products include a 1-Year Standard Warranty. Customers may optionally purchase a 2-Year Extended Warranty, which extends total coverage to 3 years. This policy applies to both warranties.

2. Coverage Periods

• Standard Warranty: 1 year from purchase

• Extended Warranty: +2 years (total 3 years)

• Extended coverage begins after Standard Warranty expires

3. Covered Issues
Manufacturing defects, electronic failures, internal component failures, power supply failures, and normal-use failures.

4. Not Covered
Physical/impact damage, water damage, improper wiring, insufficient surge protection, cosmetic issues, unauthorized modification, incompatible accessories, abuse, environmental damage, theft, or shipping damage due to poor packaging.

5. Registration Requirements
Standard Warranty: automatic with proof of purchase.
Extended Warranty: registration required within 30 days, including serial number and proof of purchase.

6. Claims Process
Submit a ticket via the MaestroDMX Support Portal with serial number, proof of purchase, and description of issue. Provide photos or video if requested. An RMA number will be issued after approval.

7. Shipping
Limbic Media pays inbound and outbound shipping for approved warranty claims. Customer must package the product securely.

8. Replacement
Limbic Media may repair or replace the device at its discretion. A replacement carries the remaining warranty period only.

9. Non-Transferability
Warranty applies only to the original purchaser.

10. Liability Limits
Limbic Media is not responsible for lost profits, downtime, or incidental damages. Liability is capped at the purchase price.

11. Governing Law
British Columbia, Canada.

12. Changes
Policy may be updated at any time.
