Threshold for lighting changes

I’ve been using maestro with my live band and looking for a way to PAUSE any/all changes between songs, I haven’t found it and think this would be an excellent improvement. 

I’d propose a threshold slider (possibly per fixture group) that would pause all movement and color changing when activity is below a set level. This way, setting each group threshold to say 20% would create static, non changing scene between songs without having to select a cue. 

I think it would also be useful to add a toggle to not only pause, but blackout until the threshold is met. This way, if you have fixtures in your tertiary group that you only want to engage at very high activity they would remain dark until that level is met.
